The Feeling Well In the Meantime Program

Many women living with autoimmune symptoms or persistent health issues work hard to improve their health through diet changes, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments. These approaches can be incredibly beneficial, but their effectiveness can also be influenced by another powerful factor: the body’s internal environment.

One of the most significant influences on that internal environment is chronic emotional stress. When stress becomes prolonged, the nervous system may remain in a heightened state of activation, influencing hormone signaling, immune function, digestion, sleep, and inflammation. Over time, these changes can shape the internal conditions that affect how symptoms develop and how the body responds to things like food, lifestyle habits, and environmental exposures.

This understanding forms the foundation of my Internal Environment Approach™, a whole-person centered framework that helps women recognize how emotional stress, lifestyle patterns, nutrition, and environmental factors interact to influence the body’s internal environment and overall wellbeing.

This 12-week coaching program is designed to help you:

  • Understand these connections and learn practical strategies that support a healthier internal environment.
  • Identify patterns of emotional stress.
  • Explore how lifestyle and nutrition influence your physiology.
  • Develop tools that support nervous system regulation.

The program includes:

  • Educational modules
  • Reflection tools
  • Lab testing
  • Six private one-on-one coaching sessions 
  • Toolkit to approach medical appointments with more confidence as an informed partner.

By the end of the program, you will have a deeper understanding of your body, practical strategies to support nervous system regulation, and the confidence to create daily conditions that support your wellbeing so you can begin living the life you envision for yourself.

One-on-One Coaching

Private coaching is the most personalized way to work with me. It is a collaborative partnership designed to support you in the areas of your life, health, and wellbeing that need the most attention right now.

While much of my work focuses on supporting women navigating autoimmune symptoms, this coaching space is intentionally broader. It is designed for individuals seeking thoughtful guidance as they work through challenges related to health, energy, stress, life direction, or personal growth.

Unlike a structured program, this work is shaped around you—your experiences, goals, and the changes you want to create in your life. Our conversations provide space to reflect, gain clarity, and develop practical ways to move forward with greater balance, confidence, and purpose.

This work may support you if you are:

  • Feeling physically or emotionally depleted
  • Moving through stress, burnout, or life transitions
  • Seeking clarity about your direction or next steps

Coaching Partnership Structure

Private coaching begins with a three-month partnership,  allowing us time to build meaningful momentum and explore the areas of your life and wellbeing that need the most attention.

At the end of the initial three months, you may choose to:

• Continue with another three-month coaching partnership to deepen the work
• Transition to ongoing monthly coaching for continued support and accountability

This flexible structure allows you to receive the level of support that best fits your needs as your journey evolves.

AIP Coaching

Receive personalized guidance implementing the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), an elimination and reintroduction dietary approach designed to help individuals better understand how food and lifestyle factors influence autoimmune symptoms.
